- Cut the meat into cubes, bite sized pieces. Add in sausage and ground meat and fry in a pan with oil. Add cumin, garlic, turmeric, and salt.
- Add onions, celery, cilantro, and bell pepper let cook with meat. Add yellow mustard
- When meat is done add tomato sauce, tomato paste, and diced tomatoes.
- Bring to boil, turn down to a simmer. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for an hour
- Taste, adjust seasoning to your taste. Add cheese to your bowl on top of your chili. Serve hope you enjoy!
