- In 8 Qt.pot brown beef and sausage & all dried seasoning.
- While browning chop onion, pepper,& garlic and add to pot.
- Simmer until meat is browned and vegetables are soft.
- If desired roughly chop stewed tomatoes, and then add to pot.
- Add tomato juice.
- Simmer on Medium heat for 30 min. turn it down if it boils. Cook to desired temp.
- Serve with corn bread.
