Puree the chiles: In a small saucepan over high heat, bring the remaining can of beef broth to a boil. Add CanCooker All Purpose Seasoning and Onion Pepper Seasoning, water, crushed tomatoes, stewed tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder, cayenne pepper and cumin to the ground beef mixture. In a large heavy pot, brown the ground beef with the garlic until it's totally cooked. Drain off most of the excess fat, leaving a little behind for moisture and flavor.

  1. In a large skillet brown the ground beef and chopped onions til cooked through. Then drain the grease.
  2. To a large soup pot add the drained beef mixture and the rest of ingredients. Heat on medium high heat stirring occasionally so it dont burn til completely heated through.
