Once the liquid has been absorbed, add the stock, bay leaves and a splash of Worcestershire sauce. Season the beef with some of the salt and pepper and coat with flour. In a casserole over medium-high heat, Saute the beef and shallots in the butter and oil until browned on the outside. Drain the oil from the casserole and stir in the tomatoes, water and stock cubes.
Instructions to make Beef stew:
- Rinse your meat and boil it until its soft and tender.
- While cooking add the beef stock on the meat. Stir a little bit and continue to cook.
- Then add the oil and add onion, and garlic then let it sauté once done then/ add the spices paprika, BBQ, steak and chop spice, tomato sauce and sweet chilli, and lamb spice to cook.
- After that add carrots too the cook for few minutes
- Then add the green peppers too, and while cooking prepare your soup mixture in water vegetables tomato and hearty beef then pour on the meat.
- Let it simmer and thickens the gravy. The beef stew is ready to enjoy
In a casserole over medium-high heat, Saute the beef and shallots in the butter and oil until browned on the outside. Drain the oil from the casserole and stir in the tomatoes, water and stock cubes. Season with garlic, parsley, thyme and remaining salt and pepper. In a large casserole, cook beef in oil over medium heat until brown. Dissolve stock cubes in water and pour into pan.
