- Remove the ingredients from the pan. Pour in the soy sauce and bring it to a simmer. Return the ingredients and cook in the soy sauce.
- Once cooked, add the green onion and lightly stir-fry to finish.
- If adding Japanese leek (naga-negi), add it in a little bit before the soy sauce.
