Mix the stir-fry sauce and the cornstarch in a small bowl. Add this mixture to the skillet and stir to combine. Move beef to the side of the wok and add broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, green onion, and garlic to the center of the wok. Heat same pan over medium-high heat until hot.

Saute half of the sliced onions for about 2 minutes, add the ginger and garlic paste and saute for another minute. Add the marinated beef and keep stirring while it cooks. Add the grated pepper and stir until the beef becomes tender and crispy.
  4. Add the veggies; carrot, peppers and onions. Add the soy and oyster sauce. Steam for about 2-3 minutes. Garnish with spring onion and take off the heat. Can be enjoyed with rice, pasta or potatoes.
