Add the spice packet that came with the corned beef. Cover pot and bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Add cabbage and potatoes to kettle. Remove the corned beef from the packaging and place into a large pot.

- Wash meat, place in large pot and boil gently for 1 hr.
- Drain. Place meat back in pot with fresh water just to cover.
- Add all spices and bullion.
- Gently boil 3 more hrs.
- Add onion and potatoes, boil 15 mins.
- Remove meat and keep warm.
- Cut stem from cabbage but Do Not Core. Cut into eighths, then in half. Add to pot.
- Cook 15 more minutes or until desired doneness.
- Slice meat against grain and serve with vegetables. Don't forget the Broth!
Add cabbage and potatoes to kettle. Remove the corned beef from the packaging and place into a large pot. Cover with water and bring up to the boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat and gently simmer. Check on the corned beef from time to time, adding more water if needed.
