- Ab hasb e zaiqa namak dalen chawal 15 minute k liye pani mein sock karen
- Pani mein 3,4 boil aa jaen tou chawal dal den
- Chawalon ka pani dry hone tak pakan jb pani bilkul dry ho jae tou half chawal bowl mein nikal len
- Baki half chawalon ki layer lagaen us k uper keema masoor ki layer lagaen uper say goal katy timatar kati hari mirchen brown piyaz dalen
