  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till brown. - Add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell vanishes from the ginger garlic paste.
  2. Mix in keema/mutton mince and cook till all the water evaporates and the keema has browned a little.
  3. Stir in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt and mix well.
  4. Add the chopped spinach/palak and arvi and 1/4 cup of water. Cook till the arvi tender spinach is cooked and has changed it’s color. Serve hot with roti or rice.

Switch off the flame and take the curry into a serving bowl and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Arbi/Arvi ki Sabzi/Chamagadda koora is ready. Serve with steamed rice or rotis.
