- Get Potato 1 medium cubes

In fact some times it smells pretty darn icky. It has taken considerable trial and error and even the occasional chucking of the final product to get me to a place where I am happy with the end result.
Steps to make Aloo qeema:
- Wash minced beef with water.
- Heat oil in a wok and fry onion until golden brown.
- Add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste and mixed it well.
- Now add minced init fry it on medium flame.
- Add all spices and potato cubes. Mixed it well let it cook in it's own water. Cover it for 10 to 15 minutes on low flame.
- When the potatoes become tender and oil released off the flame and garnish it with green chilli sliced.
In fact some times it smells pretty darn icky. Keema aloo is a happy coming together of mutton or lamb mince, cubed potatoes and of course onions and tomatoes. Made in the instant pot or stovetop, it is a one-pot dish that's easy to make. Heavenly when eaten with roti or rice!
