  14. Prepare 2 tbsp achar
  15. Get 2 tbsp lemon juice or imli pulp or raw mango
  16. Prepare 2-3 Green chillies
  17. Prepare 2 tbsp fresh coriander
  18. Prepare 2 tomatoes

Steps to make Qeema kareley:
  1. Peel the kereley and cut in slices. Remove seeds. Rub 2tbsp salt on the kereley and keep in a bowl in sunlight for few hours
  2. Now wash and squeeze these kereley
  3. Shallow fry the kereley till they are crispy and slightly change color.
  4. Take them out. At this stage we can also freeze it and used after wards.
  5. In oil, add onions. Cook till light golden. Add zeera.
  6. Now add qeema, ginger garlic paste and cook till it gets dry.
  7. Add haldi, red chilli powder, dhanya powder, red crushed chillies, salt, tomatoes, and cover it to cook on low flame.
  8. When the tomatoes are mashy, add saunf raai dana, green chillies, kalonji. Add 1/2 cup water. Cover it and cook till qeema is done. Now add imli pulp /rawmango/ lemon juice.
  9. Now add fried kereley. cover and cook on low flame so that everything is mixed thoroughly
  10. Now add 2 tbsp ready made achar on it. It gives a very good taste.
  11. Now leave it on dum for 5-10minutes. Garnish with green coriander Qeema kerey is ready to serve.
  12. Same qeema can be used in making bharay hue karalay.
