- Achi tarha bhun lein for few mins till oil comes add dahi again bhun lein than add green chillies bhuna kuta zeera and garam masala, dhania, lemon juice and cook on low flame for few mins.
- Garnish with adrak and dhania. Serve with roti, raita and salad
