Instructions to make Spicy Beef Biryani:
- Take a wok add beef, sliced onions,salt, yoghurt and ginger garlic paste with four cups of water and cover with lid. Cook till the beef tender.
- Soak Basmati rice then boil into water (boiled 85%). Spread boiled rice at tray to cool down (because due to layering with rice I don't want the rice sticks together).
- When the beef tenders add sliced tomatoes, biryani masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder cover and cook for 10 minutes with lid.
- Remove lid and bhonify the beef on medium to high flame till the Oil separates. Add fresh mint leaves, sliced green chillies, Julian cut ginger and sliced lemons. Mix well.
- First add about ¼ cup oil from the surface of beef gravy in the bottom on large wok. Then layer with boil rice.
- Add half beef with gravy and add 2nd layer of rice, sprinkle 1 tsp of garam masala on rice then all the remaining beef with gravy.
- Last add the layer of remaining rice. Sprinkle garam masala and yellow food colour. Drop a tbls of milk on the food colour and give dummm.
