- Acha gosht banane ke liye SB sy pehly achar gosht ka masalah banana hy or masalah banane ke liye SB sy pehly Ak katori mn namak, kutti hue lal mirch or pisi hue lal mirch dalen
- Phir is mn khutta hua dhania, kutti hue saunf, or methi Dana Kurt ke dalen
- Phir is mn zeera or kalongi dal ke achi tarhan mix Karen
- Mix Marne ke bad achar gosht ka masalah taiyar
- Ab lemon juice mn taiyar keay hue masale mn sy 1.5 Tbsp masalah shamil kar ke mix Karen or side py rakha dein, lemon juice mn mix kia hua masalah hari mirchon mn bharen gy.
- Ab Ak bowl mn dahi dalen or lehsan ka paste or adrak ke paste shamil Karen
- Ab in SB ko achy sy mix karlen. jab ye achy sy mix ho jaey to is mn gosht shamil Karen or achi tarhan sy mix karlen.
- Phir is mn taiyar kia hua masalah shamil kar ke mix karen.
- Ab is ko 1 hr marinate hone rakh dein
- Ab hari mirchon ko beech sy kaat ke us ke seeds alag kar Lein
- Phir is ke beech mn lemon juice mn Jo masalah milaya tha WO bhae dein.
- Ab Ak patili mn cooking oil dalen or tamater ko pees ke paste bana Lein or garam oil mn dal ke 3-4 mint take bhunnen
- Jab tamater ka pani khushk ho jaey to us mn marinate kia hua gosht shamil Karen or 4-5 mint take bhunnen or phir dhakkan dhak ke medium flame py gosht ko galne ke liye rakh dein
- Jab gosht gal jaey to dhakkan khol Lein or 4-5 mint mazeed bhunnen
- Ab is mn green chilli rakh dein or dhak ke 4-5 mint dam py rakh dein
- Mazedar Beef Achar gosht taiyar is ko garma garam nan ke sath paish Karen
- Recipe ko zaroor try Karen or feedback lazmi dein.

My chicken pickle version takes the "pickle thing" quite literally. In hot oil add meat, garlic, ginger, yogurt and remaining Shan Achar Gosht Mix. Cover and cook on low heat until meat is tender.
