- Wash and cut the meat into medium slices. Fry on a pan with oil and put on a separate plate. Leave the pan with meat juice and oil for the next step / Мясо вымыть , нарезать средними пластинками , обжарить в сковороде на подсолнечном масле и сложить в казан.
- Peal and cut the onions (in semicircles), fry on the same pan where the meat was / Почистить лук, нарезать полукольцами и обжарить на сковороде, где жарилось мясо
- Fry onions till golden brown, then add a table spoon of flour, sour cream and water. Mix together (you can add more flour/water, etc for the right consistency) / когда лук станет золотистым добавить ложку муки перемешать и добавить сметану и воду,
