  5. Bake at 400° for 30 min until cheese is bubbling.

Roll up tortilla and place, seam side down, in the baking dish. Dip the tortillas in the sauce. Roll up enchiladas and place in pan. Cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain the grease and then sprinkle the meat with the homemade taco seasoning and stir with tomato sauce.
